Refund policy

Dentapro Dental Supply adheres to strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with dental and medical supply regulations.

• Returns are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

• Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
  
  

• Consumables
  
  

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  
  

• Dental instruments
  
  

• Burs, needles, disinfectants, and similar products
  
  

• Defective or damaged items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, supported by photos or videos

• Refunds will be processed after product inspection and may take 5–10 business days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is caused by Dentapro Dental Supply
